dayumgurrrl asked: I don't go on it that much anyway, but when I just use it as a way to busy myself from a broken down Tumblr. :(
But since I'm in school now, I can spend myself learning more about my subject.

Deleting My Facebook Has Been the Greatest...
I’m creating more are than ever before. I’m finally writing a short story. My thoughts are flowing with creativity. I’m losing weight, due to dramatically cutting down my computer usage. I’m no longer angered, aggravated or annoyed by pseudo-friends (the friends you only speak to online, if that). I’m no longer grounded with ties to people whom I never really...

The World of Deep, Meaningful Art
Tumblr, I would like to talk about contemporary art. As an artist dedicated to my work, I must thank Tumblr for providing me with a platform that allows artists and art enthusiasts easy access to a broad range of a variety of beautiful art work; pieces that you probably won’t find at the Smithsonian, MoMA, Guggenheim, or any venue showcasing contemporary art. However, this doesn’t...

The Peak of Happiness
Blurred between the city lights Restless nights and breathless sprites I’m on the peak of happiness But I’m afraid of heights Frightening stands alongside lightning Strange enough, they don’t unite I realized then that all the sparks Are brightest in the night

Every Silver Lining Has a Cloud; Part 2: Good...
To all my Tumblr Friends and Followers: I love you all. Every single one of you. You’ve made the past few months brighter for me. You’ve helped me appreciate myself, the ideas I conceptualize and the things I create from these ideas. You have convinced me I’m no longer wasting time with my art.  Things have been far from good lately, but it’s definitely looking...

Part 1: Melodrama
It’s been over two weeks since I’ve made an art piece.  I’m starting college even later than I expected. I’ve been on the border of being kicked out of my house for a while now. My Facebook account should be gone by this afternoon.

Sketchbook Chunks (Now With More Crumbs!)
This is a concept I’ve been playing around with for a while. I wanted to depict the ongoing battle between Western and Eastern civilization and culture in an art piece. I did 3 or 4 variants of this, and I eventually want to paint a final version on my bedroom wall. This one pictured is the most complete of all the variations.  A lot of my current drawings have been very freeform, spur of...

The Making of Strange Egg Rolls and Other Bizarre...
I like cooking food. I like cooking Asian food, too.  What I saw created on this Thanksgiving-eve was not typical Asian cuisine; maybe not even typical food. She came over to my house with a bunch of Wal-Mart ingredients: tortilla wraps, cream cheese, carrots and lettuce. She said she was going to deep fry them. I thought, ‘sure. I’ve seen my aunt make egg rolls before. Not a big...

Roger Waters, In The Flesh
So, I saw Roger Waters preform The Wall in entirety last night at the BankAtlantic Center. So far, this has been the greatest concert I’ve ever experienced. Ever.  The venue was completely sold out; My friend Kevin and I were lucky to get tickets during presale, so we had seats on the floor. The show was beautiful. The 30 foot (or maybe even higher) puppets and a giant pig flying around...
